Saturday after 4pm.
I was naive to think that there would be any free time since it was a half-hearted time.
There was a line that went around the restaurant, with about 20 people waiting.
Connected to the end of the line and purchased black oolong tea from a vending machine along the way.
We finally arrived in front of the entrance, and when it was our turn to enter the store.
At the ticket vending machine, you can buy ramen for 950 yen or large portion for 100 yen.
55 minutes after the line started, I was able to raise my indigo plastic ticket with worn edges and yellow plastic ticket to a higher platform and take a seat.
In addition to the owner, there are two assistants in the kitchen. The owner is also old... I've been a customer for over 15 years since the days of Menkobo Dandan in Ota Ward.
"Topping~" I asked for a bit of garlic and some yam and abura.
I put the rice bowl down in front of me and put my palms together. 🙏Kiyasu!
The pork is thick and big, and there are two pieces. The Yasai is almost chock full of Kutamo palms and topped with plenty of crunchy oil. Pour some ramen sauce on the table and enjoy. Be careful as it will be piping hot and fluffy. w
When you eat Yasai, a stiff, flat noodle appears.
I think there are pros and cons to these noodles, but I like the fact that they have a powdery feel to them. It's also good to turn the noodles upside down and eat the noodles from the bottom, which is a little less firm. The soup has a high degree of emulsification, which is also the flavor I like.
I used to stop by here often on my way back from mountain climbing, but lately I haven't had many opportunities to go there, so I was able to enjoy it for the first time in a while. Thank you for the meal.

One and only. (Although the meaning is different) Hard-boiled itself.
The noodles are crunchy (already raw boiled?), greasy and seasoned quite well.
Even though I'm swinging, I'm still balanced.
It feels like the taste hits you right in the head lol
The pork is also large and the cost performance is ◎. Although the rotation is slow, there is some charm to be gained by waiting.
Be prepared to wait in line and rush in at noon! I don't mind lining up, but please excuse the cigarette smoke. About 40 minutes after being smoked, I entered the store and purchased a ticket for ramen (900 yen). I will sit in the empty seat without instructions.
topping? A rice bowl with less garlic on call. The pork is thick but tender, and the oil, which is included even without coal, is well seasoned and is the perfect accompaniment to vegetables! The soup is thick and muddy, and the pork flakes are also good.
The mushy noodles are so delicious that you can only eat them here! It was a great meal and finished in no time.
Late June 2011 Weekday lunchtime visit
Business resumes after a long charging period! 10 people line up at lunchtime, and the one and only mushy noodles are still alive and well! I want you to take an apprentice and open a store in Tokyo...
Visited July 23
Even an hour and a half before the store opens, there are already 10 people in line... it's still delicious. Thank you very much for your meal!
I ordered ramen for 950 yen. I was connected to two people lined up outside the store before 6pm.
The noodles are crunchy and chewy, and those who like Jiro will be wary of being overcooked and having an upset stomach. The soup doesn't stick at all. If you like soft noodles, you should not go there. The pork was perfectly seasoned and had a soft texture, which was a huge contrast to the hard noodles. The soup is thick and emulsified, and the vegetable is thick. When asked if I wanted to eat it again, I sheepishly said no. There's a direct Jiro in Maebashi, so I'll go there.
This is a store located in Takasaki City. First of all, the rather large char siu has a mushy texture that melts in your mouth and is irresistible. The noodles are extremely thick and have a bit of a floury texture, rather than being hard. I think this will be difficult for people who like well-cooked noodles 😰 The soup is thick but not greasy and just right, but the amount is small. It's a ramen with plenty of bean sprouts, plenty of volume, and an affordable price, but the noodles... . 😱
I think it's a store where you can clearly tell what you like and what you don't like.
Gunma's Jiro-inspired male.
This is a very popular store that doesn't have a long queue even on weekdays. The six-way intersection in front of the store is also a key point for police crackdowns, and I see quite a few cars being caught. Be careful when visiting by car or motorcycle.
The seats returned to 12 seats at the counter. It's hard to sit side by side when you come in a group.
Ramen (¥900→950) Vegetables, Garlic
I prefer ramen with a higher overall strength than the soupless (¥ 930 → 980) that focuses on noodles. Soup is delicious too.
Noodles are reverse flat noodles with unique waves. It is served super hard, which is also called half-boiled.
I think that this is the only noodle that everyone has different tastes, but after eating it a few times, I became captivated. It is the one and only addictive noodle.
This is the only restaurant where you can see noodles in your dreams.
As one of the criteria for whether or not the noodles here are acceptable, there is a possibility that people who like to eat cup ramen etc. earlier than the prescribed cooking time, and people who order pork bones and Iekei ramen with firm noodles are likely to be addicted. I think.
On the other hand, people who like well-boiled noodles, people who have a weak chewing power, and people who don't like strong salty taste are frankly harsh.
However, if you tell them when handing over the meal ticket, it is also possible to make the noodles softer. *No longer available*
Brown emulsified soup, less quantity. Gunma has a lot of sweet soup, but this soup is nothing like that. Although it is thick, it has no corners, and it has a completely different taste than just salty noodles, and it goes well with this noodle. The soup here is positioned as something to eat noodles and vegetables deliciously rather than drinking. As long as it is Jiro, there is always a soup shake.
Vegetables are crunchy. The crunchiness of the bean sprouts brings out the deliciousness of the bean sprouts. Even if it is better, it is not watery, and it is a bean sprout that can compete with this noodle. Best eaten with seasoned oil or pork.
The existence of green leafy vegetables is often taken lightly, but even bean sprouts are delicious for adults.
Minced garlic is also good.
Two slices of pork soaked in sauce. It doesn't melt, but the fibers are loose and soft, and the spicy seasoning is unique and irresistible. Of course the noodles, but I think this pig is also one of the reasons why many people come to Otsu.
I personally think that caramel call is unnecessary because the taste is solid overall.
Cold glasses are also large and very good.
Among the many Jiro Inspires, the degree of junk is quite high in a good way.
It's a bit too much of a compliment, but it's a restaurant that makes you want to eat even if you stand in line and want to come again, including the owner's character. The volume is quite high and can last for a day.
I think that it has sublimated to the genre of an adult rather than just Jiro Inspa.
Char siu is the best and soft
My eyes are a little saltier than before.
(Maybe my taste has changed)
Both the noodles and soup were great (*`ω´)b
The waiting time was just over 2 hours
Definitely the best ramen
I got it without soup.
After all, these noodles are amazing.
We waited in line for over an hour in 35 degrees Celsius, but it was worth it.
